We at Good News want to welcome you to our web site.  There are a lot of interesting places to visit.  We exist to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ and to serve the Iowa City/Coralville community.  If you have any questions about us or would like to speak to a pastor please give us a call.  We would love to hear from you.

Hi! Thanks for viewing Good News Bible Church's website. I hope you enjoy getting a feel for our church and ministry. On September 9, 2007, Good News entered a new phase in its ministry. It was on that Sunday that we moved into our new building, located at 845 Pepperwood Lane, behind K-Mart on the Southeast side of Iowa City. Good News had met at the Johnson County 4-H Fairgrounds for the past thirty years. For the last five years we had actively pursued a more permanent location for our ministry operations. God has richly blessed our congregation and in January of 2007 we purcheased the former “Stuff, Etc.” building. With the help of Martin Design and Merit Construction a complete remodeling of the building began late in the winter of 2007. By August of 2007 construction was completed!

We are very excited to get moved into our new facility. It's also our desire to make a positive impact on our neighborhood. If you have any special needs, questions, or would like any other information about our church please feel free to send me an email or give us a call. We hope you will come by and visit us and our new facility.
